Professional activities

Having completed training in clinical psychology in Ireland, I moved to London where I held post-doctoral research fellowships in St.Mary's Hospital Medical School and University College London. While in these posts I carried out research into the pelvic pain syndrome in women, recurrent miscarriage and avoidable accidents in medicine.

Areas of interest

I became Secretary of SRIP in September 1995 and took over as one of the joint editors of the Journal of Reproductive and Infant Psychology in September 1997.
